Welcome to the Stelzer Chiropractic Neurology Center® website. The Childhood Development Center of San Antonio® is a part of Stelzer Chiropractic Neurology Center.
SCNC treats adult, including geriatric, chiropractic conditions such as headaches, neck and back pain, as well as extremity problems such as repetitive use and sports injuries, in addition to adult neurologic presentations like vertigo, numbness and weakness in the arms and legs, and hemisphericity based neurologic dysfunction.
CDCSA treats childhood development disorders such as ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autism.
We are passionate about delivering the highest quality of care to our patients! This includes allowing children to participate fully in their educational opportunities, socialize with their friends, and to maintain loving relationships with their parents and siblings, in addition to solving difficult and chronic problems for adults, especially when related to the nervous system.

Dr. Michael Stelzer has been in practice as a doctor of Chiropractic since 1993. He grew up in La Mirada, California (& at the beach) and attended Cal State University of Fullerton and then Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Dr. Stelzer first practiced in New Orleans, Louisiana, for 6 years and then in San Antonio since 1999.
Dr. Stelzer is: board certified in Neurology by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board; board certified in electrodiagnosis (ACNB), which consists of special studies of the nerves through nerve conduction studies and electromyography (EMG). Dr. Stelzer is a Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner. In 2008 he helped to write the general diplomate exam for the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and has participated in the Angoff review of that exam. He has also become an examiner for the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in the general diplomate examination and in the electrodiagnosis subspecialty examination.
Dr. Stelzer has been married since 1993, has one 4-year old daughter, and is fluent in Spanish.
